Tanner Foust, twice winner of the stateside Formula D championship and a man many regard as the best drifter in America, has just announced that he will be driving a controversial Scion TC for the coming season. The Scion TC, manufactured by Toyota, is a fairly weak front wheel drive “sporty” coupe that was last year converted by tuning company RS*R to rear wheel drive and given to fellow top drifter Ken Gushi. Gushi has failed to deliver with the car that many regard as a waste of time, as it is so far removed from the factory machine sold on shop floors. Never the less, if anyone is able to pilot the little coupe to success, it’s Foust.
