The second of two Wynn’s Racing Super Lap events for 2008 rolls through to Taupo on Saturday 1 November, 2008. When we first turned up at Taupo in April 2007, Scott Kreyl and Jono Lester in Scott’s Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII EVO88U topped the field. Scott repeated this feat earlier in the year at Pukekohe, and, on November 1, both Scott and Jono will return to the hot seat in Taupo.

Attacking the defending champions will be all manner of fast-paced street and circuit-bred cars. If you don’t intend on racing, make sure you swing past to watch some tough cars battling it out around Taupo. Entry costs a mere $10, and the gates will be open for viewing from 9am.
