Stag parties can easily go one of two ways. Either they can be taken too far, and some poor dude ends up waking up in Mexico with one kidney and a vagina tattoo’d on his face, or things can be done tastefully, and done right. Andre Simon, of Speedtech Motorsport fame, had a stag party of the latter variety.

I flew down for the weekend to attend, and it was well worth it. Driving tanks, shooting shit with big guns, fireworks, absinthe, Halal BBQ’s and a crazy night in town. Big ups to best man Ben Silcock for doing an excellent job of organising the party, two thumbs up bro!

The weapons were surprisingly loud, as occasional NZPC contributor and Evo racer Rob McIlroy finds out. Osama is going to be pretty gutted in a few years when he realises all those years of running around firing AK’s have ruined his hearing.

The crew with the APC we took for a spin. I had a huge one during the joy ride and now have a bruise the size of Auckland on my ass to show for it.

Just before leaving for town. Fireworks, Absinthe and a very sore Andre after the stripper gave him an absolute beatdown. Although he looks a mess, don’t worry, its just trick photography.
